Chris has spent a career intimately involved with brands and retail. After an MA in Economics at Cambridge he started his career with Barclays Bank in brand management before a stint in advertising with Euro RSCG. From there he moved into retail via innovation for the Castrol brand. There followed senior posts with Halfords, B&Q and Kingfisher before moving into international retail consultancy. Chris has always believed that the customer is always front and centre in the minds of successful brands and businesses. And if we can get inside our customer’s mind then our business will prosper.
